Because of new construction price increases, the number of new schools and their timing cannot be funded within the Five-Year Plan.  Elementary School "X" (Lake Asbury area) has been dropped and Elementary School "R" (west Green Cove Springs area) has been retained within the Five-Year Plan.

Also, the classroom assessment process has determined a need for more classrooms than are currently available in F.Y. 2005/2006 Educational Facilities Plan.  This revision incorporates an additional 60 relocatable classrooms to meet the classroom assessment needs.

In addition, Section IV has been revised primarily because of the addition of chiller replacement at Middleburg High School, cost increases to roofing projects, and having to address unplanned deficiencies at the fuel stations at Middleburg Annex and Green Cove Springs.
